What is your turnaround time?

We proudly boast a 24-48 hour turnaround time once an order is in-house. Should you need an order in hands the same week, please call to make sure we have the item and quantity in stock. All orders placed after 11am EST, will ship the next business day.


What does the price include?

Any price we quote you is the wholesale price which includes the monogram. For logos or double-sided engraving please email us for a quote.


Are your items dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend any acrylic item be placed in the dishwasher unless otherwise specified. Drinkware with the "TLUB" prefix is dishwasher safe.


What happens if my item breaks during shipment?

If your order breaks during shipment you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please take a photo of the  item AND the box. Make sure to keep the item and the box in your possession so we may file a claim with UPS or USPS. Please send pictures to: tigerlilyjewelryorders@gmail.com


What’s your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized products. Please make sure monograms are in the correct order (First Name, Last Name, Middle Name) when submitting an order.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Please call us for a shipping quote for oversees shipping.


What carrier do you use to ship?

We use UPS to ship all packages going to business addresses unless it is significantly cheaper to ship USPS. We quote all small shipments and Drop Ships with USPS and do our very best to save you money.
